Diabetes: lactose, the sugar found in milk, dissolves very slowly in the blood and therefore does not cause peaks of glucose. It is well tolerated by diabetics.
Cholesterol: milk is the product of animal origin that presents the lowest levels of cholesterol; on average, 14mg per 100gr of UHT milk.
Osteoporosis: milk is the main means of combating this bone disease.
Immunity: the bacteria that exist in milk are powerful allies in the defense of our organism. They accumulate in the stomach creating a lining which prevents pathogenic agents from installing themselves.
